Our pretzels are made fresh when you order, so please allow 5–7 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays, plus normal shipping transit time.
In most cases, orders should arrive within about a week to a week and a half.

Our pretzels are made fresh when you order them — they aren’t sitting on a shelf in a warehouse. From the time you receive them, they have a four-month shelf life for optimum flavor when stored properly.

Yes. Every order is produced fresh rather than pulled from long-term inventory.
